Kelpsea is made from a Create-a-monster sea monster doll. I have rooted it with a cross stitch yarn. This yarn is poofy and fun. The hair can be fluffed and altered almost like putty. I painted her eyes a metallic green and painted her fins with a blue and green glitter mix.
